As we roll into the fourth quarter of 2017, its a great time to review the year so far and start looking ahead into 2018 and beyond. Certainly, there’s a lot that goes into planning for and operating a growing business in the background screening industry…
but the one thing I’ve always encouraged my team to
remain focused on at all times is our CULTURE! Everything we do at SJV revolves around culture, especially as it relates to our people. We take great pride in the efforts we exert towards ensuring members of our team exhibit all our Core Values. That’s what this blog is all about, sharing with you what SJV’s Core Values are, and why for us they are non-negotiable intangibles and the very foundation of our success.
Whether we’re assessing candidates during the hiring process, evaluating up and coming leaders in our organization, or continuing to develop our most senior managers, these core values are at the root of our mission to create the best experience possible for our customers. If we’ve failed in exhibiting any one of these values, we’ve in turn failed our customers, our partners, and most importantly, each other as teammates.
